What the service can include
Air duct cleaning and sanitizing
Cleaning and sanitizing are available; sanitizing is commonly coordinated after duct cleaning. Deodorizing is normally part of that work.
Dehumidifiers and humidifiers
XQS installs standalone or HVAC-connected dehumidifiers. Humidifiers are available on request, with the scope evaluated for the property.
Condensate drain line cleaning
Available within AC maintenance or separately. Let the team know whether you need other services at the same visit.
About the estimate
Diagnostic visit: $79. If you go ahead with the work, the $79 is credited toward it.
Warranties follow manufacturer recommendations and XQS terms for each service. Call for details about coverage or financing.
Pricing depends on the equipment and work selected. Combined visits and standalone services can have different charges. Ask what is included.

- Humidity: With an inexpensive humidity meter, keep indoor humidity below 60%, ideally between 30% and 50%.[18][29]
- Early signs: Condensation on windows, or mold on items kept in closed closets (like leather shoes), are early signs of high humidity.[18][30]
- Musty smell: If you smell mold but can’t find it, or you suspect mold in the AC or ducts, don’t run the system. Call.[18]

Does purification replace maintenance?
Ask the team how the proposed equipment and maintenance fit together. A product should be selected for the system and its documented capabilities.
Can I request deodorizing on its own?
XQS normally performs deodorizing with duct cleaning and sanitizing. Discuss your situation with the team.
Do you provide humidifiers?
They are available on request. XQS describes them as uncommon in its Florida work, so suitability and scope need to be discussed.
