What the service can include

System diagnosis

Tell us when the problem started and what you have noticed. The visit focuses on finding the cause before selecting a repair.

Repair options

The condition of the equipment and the diagnosed fault guide the next step. If replacement is worth considering, we can discuss that too.

Condensate drain lines

Cleaning blocked condensate lines is available as part of maintenance or a separate service. Charges depend on the visit.

About the estimate

Diagnostic visit: $79. If you go ahead with the work, the $79 is credited toward it.

Warranties follow manufacturer recommendations and XQS terms for each service. Call for details about coverage or financing.

Repair pricing depends on diagnosis, parts and scope. Submitting a request does not authorize a repair.

Check it yourself first

Before you call: three quick AC checks.

Safe checks you can do in a few minutes. They help you describe the problem; the visit confirms the cause.

  1. Look for ice: Check the copper lines and the indoor coil area for frost or ice. If you see ice, shut the thermostat off completely so it can melt, then tell us what you saw.[9]
  2. Look for water: Check the floor around the indoor unit (closet, garage or attic hatch). If the AC is leaking water, turn it off and call. A clogged drain line is a common cause.[10]
  3. Look at the outdoor unit: Plants or debris closer than 2 feet, or dirt built up on the coil fins, block the airflow the unit needs to release heat.[11]

Your questions, answered

Before you schedule.

Can you help if the AC is leaking water?

Yes. Describe where you see the water and whether the system is still running so the team can coordinate an appropriate visit.

Do you offer service today?

Call to check current availability for your address. A web request is not a confirmed appointment.

Will I need to replace the system?

That depends on the fault, equipment condition and your priorities. We can help compare repair and replacement after evaluating it.
