Warranties follow manufacturer recommendations and XQS terms for each service. Call for details about coverage or financing.

Safe checks you can do in a few minutes, without opening equipment. They help you describe the problem; the visit confirms the cause.
- Remote settings: Set the remote to Cool and several degrees below room temperature.[19]
- Filters: Lift the front panel of the indoor unit (the filter cover, not an electrical cover) and look at the filters. In peak season they can need cleaning as often as every two weeks.[20]
- Dripping water: If the indoor unit drips water, turn it off, let the coil thaw and schedule service. A mini-split should not drip in heat mode.[21]
